Do you know that if you know more about God and His Word, it will affect you in making error-proof choices and decisions?  Choose to know Him Today!!

Psalm 25:9 He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them his way. (NIV)
Because of human limitations, you must move from what you know to what He knows to do this, you must be clothed in humility!

Mark 9: 23 “If you can ‘?”  Said, Jesus.  “Everything is possible for one who believes.”  (NIV)
Are you in any negative situation?  Exhaust all possible avenues to reverse it and yet don’t give up!  All things are possible to Believers!

Mark 16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe, in my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues. (KJB)
Every demon you ignore effects Satan’s mandate and defeats God’s purpose over that situation. Dislodge them today in Jesus Name!

Hebrews 1:7……God makes His ministers a flame of fire.  (KJV)
Without the spiritual (ID) that comes from the Holy Spirit, you are not prepared for what God wants to do with you!

If you fail to hear and respond to God’s call to salvation, call to ministry, call to support the needs of your Church or to help a needy brother/sister, how then would your voice be heard on your day of Favour?  Don’t miss out, amend your ways today.

Before your orders to demons and unpleasant circumstances can be obeyed, you must be under the authority of Jesus Christ.

One virtue you must daily desire and ask God for because its an asset that manufactures other assets, is Wisdom.

Ecclesiastes 7:12 For Wisdom is a defence, and money is a defence, but the excellency of knowledge is that wisdom giveth life to them that have it. (KJV)
Wisdom is said to possess the ability to defend its owner.  Ask God for Wisdom today!

You must abide by the Devine code in all you do because God is keenly interested in every aspect of your conduct.

One secret of winning is for both God and man to play their part.  You have a part to play in every battle that confronts you!

Quite a number of us have lost something precious at some point in time. God has promised to restore you.  Ask Him today to restore all you have lost.

Examine your relationships with neighbours, co-workers and church members.  List out the problems- ridden ones and prayerfully initiate reconciliatory move because it is good for you!

Exodus 15:6 Thy right hand, O Lord, is become glorious in power: thy right hand O Lord hath dashed in pieces the enemy. (KJV)
You are in a place of power in His right hand!  Hence, no weapon formed against you will prosper.

1 Corinthians 9:16 For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel. (KJV)
A soul winner is someone with great value in heaven.  Launch out for souls backing your moves with prayer.

Job 32:8 But there is a spirit in man, and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding.  (KJV) Heaven is ready to back up those who follow its leads.

Matthew 13:22 The seed falling among the thorns refers to someone who hears the word, but the worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word, making it unfruitful. (NIV)

Don’t allow God’s blessings to make you drop in your fellowship, commitment or service in God’s House!

Proverbs 11:30. The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and he who win souls is wise. (NKJV)
Launch out for souls, souls and more souls.  Use every opportunity you have to lead somebody to Christ.

James 2:20 But wilt thou know;  O vain man, that faith without works is dead?  (KJV)
It is good to exercise faith but whenever faith is not backed up by works, that trip is a futile one.

Psalms 22:3 But thou art Holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.  (KJV)
A man of faith does not focus on the problem but on the solution.  A winner knows that God resides in the praises of His people.

Ephesians 4:3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the spirit in the bond of peace.  (NKJV)
No matter how highly placed you are if you can humble yourself, it will be easy to be a team player.  Pray for unity in your family and local Church.

Devotion for Today — October 23rd

Matthew 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in Heaven.  (KJV)

To shine means many things to many people.  One major reason for creating light is for it to shine forth.  Light has something to give out that will be beneficial to others around.  What have you got?   You were created to shine.  Endeavour to Shine!

Acts 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: Who went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed of the devil for God was with Him. (KJV) The ministry of Christ was characterised by good works.  Anointing and good works go together.

Devotion for Today — October 25th

James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and cometh down from the father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.  (KJV)

God is light.  He is the source of light hence He is called the Father of lights.  He is absolutely pure!  He is the giver of the perfect gift, hold to Him!

Devotion for Today — October 26th

Mark 10:48 And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he cried the more a great deal, thou son of David have mercy on me.  (KJV)

It takes God’s mercy, for one to not yield to opposing forces, especially at the threshold of your breakthrough.  As it is common to experience.  It is always darkest before dawn; you need assistance to hold on at this crucial moment, most people who failed did so at the verge of their breakthrough.

Psalms 62:2 He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defence, I shall not be greatly moved.  (KJV)
Jesus as the rock of our salvation is one who can assure you of salvation.  When He saves you, you can go to sleep. You are Saved!

Devotion for Today — October 28th

Psalm 65:2 O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.  (KJV)
Do note that God hears prayers, not queries or complains.  He is almighty and sovereign God, He, therefore, answers at His timing and at His own convenience.

Devotion for Today — October 29th

Romans 9:33. As it is written, behold, I lay in Sion a stumbling stone and rock of offence and whosoever believeth on Him shall not be ashamed.  (KJV)
Another implication of Jesus Christ as the rock of offence is that He will be your stability, and make sure that no matter the boisterous wind, fire, storm or flood you go through, you will not be moved.  Whatever happens, the Rock of offence is there to absorb your shame.

1 Corinthians 2:10 But God hath revealed them unto us by His Spirit; for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. (KJV)
Another way of accessing God’s secrets is by being baptised in the Holy Spirit. God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit are one.

Revelation 1:18: I am He that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive forevermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death. (KJV)
The Lord Jesus the controller of death, can keep death away from you.  Every spirit of death sent against you and all yours, members of our Church keep off and return to sender.
